A Note from the Pastors

Our heart's desire as the pastors of Truth in Love Church is to see the passion of Christ fulfilled, that none should perish. The International Church of the Foursquare Gospel is dedicated to the cause of Inter-Denominational evangelism, partnering with other evangelical churches and organizations to guide people to the truth of the saving grace of Jesus Christ. In April 2006, two churches merged to become what is now Truth in Love Church. Our vision is to reach the people of Brunswick and the surrounding areas, to share with them the love of Jesus Christ in a real and powerful way.  

We will accomplish this by focusing on three main areas…Truth…Love…Discipleship.

“But speaking the truth in love, we are to grow up in all aspects into Him who is the head, even Christ,”    Ephesians 4:15 (NASB)

Truth

Jesus states in the Gospel of John…thy word is truth. It is therefore by proper instruction and application from God’s word that God’s truth is imparted to our spirits.

Love

  “If you can really make a man believe you love him, you have won him; and if I could only make people really believe that God loves them, what a rush we would see for the kingdom of God!”
- Dwight L. Moody

God’s love is the glue that unites us all. It is who we are, why we are here, and what we do. We love, because He first loved us, and gave Himself for us. We can do no less for others.

Discipleship

  "For even the Son of Man did not come to be served, but to serve, and to give His life a ransom for many."

These simple words of Jesus set the tone of what it means to be a Christian, a follower or disciple of Jesus Christ. We are all servants, just serving in different capacities.
